Before you write
- Something arrived damaged or wrong? Send your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we do not need the damaged item back.
- Where is my order? Everything is printed after you order it, so there is a production step before shipping. Include your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.
- Need it by a certain date? Ask before you order and we will give you an honest answer rather than a hopeful one.
- Stickers? The range is still in production. Every sheet on the site is marked sold out until it is genuinely ready.
