Before you write

• Something arrived damaged or wrong? Send your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we do not need the damaged item back.
• Where is my order? Everything is printed after you order it, so there is a production step before shipping. Include your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.
• Need it by a certain date? Ask before you order and we will give you an honest answer rather than a hopeful one.
• Want to change something on a planner you already ordered? Message us as soon as you can with your order number. If it has not gone to print yet we will change it. What you can customize.
• Stickers? The range is still in production. Every sheet on the site is marked sold out until it is genuinely ready.
