Shipping policy

Every planner we sell is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting — your book is built and printed after you buy it, which means production time comes before shipping time.

Production and delivery

Your planner is assembled to the options you chose at checkout, then sent to our print partner. Please allow up to 7 business days for production. Delivery after that is typically 5–7 business days, so most orders arrive within about two to three weeks of ordering.

Shipping cost and destinations

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order. We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you'd like to know when that changes, join our email list.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production we usually can't change the destination, and we're unable to refund or replace orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Delays

Production and carrier estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, email us and we'll track it down and make it right.
