A plain cover still carries the title, the timeframe and the back panel — it just leaves off the artwork. Either way costs the same.
Make it yours — e.g. “Sam’s Planner” over “one day at a time”. Printed exactly as you type it, on the cover and on the title page inside. Leave either blank to keep what the design shows.
Custom covers are made to order and add a little extra time. We send a proof before we print.

It prints no required hour count either, because those differ by program and by state and they change; yours goes on a blank line on page two, along with your evaluation deadlines and who signs what.
